Fashion Forecast 2012

I was looking through my photo files and found this shot I took in Grand Central back in March. For reasons readily apparent, this guy caught my eye. Upon further examination though, I now realize he was a walking fashion forecast of what was walking down the runways during fashion week. In fact, according to New York Magazine’s 14 Top Fall Trends (by my count), he nailed at least half.

1. Fur
2. Outsize outerwear
3. Layers over layers
4. Oxblood color
5. All one color in tones from head to toe
6. Military signals
7. Bits of glitter

…and even his bag… a nod to the Olympics.
